奧斯卡最佳實景短片獎（英語：Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film）是奥斯卡金像奖的其中一个奖项，每年由美国电影艺术与科学学会颁发给该年度最杰出的實景短片。
1932年第5屆奧斯卡金像獎到1935年第8屆奧斯卡金像獎之間設有兩項短片獎項：「最佳喜劇短片」(Short subject (Comedy))和「最佳新奇短片」(Short subject (Novelty)。從1936年第9屆奧斯卡金像獎起設有三項短片獎項：「最佳單卷短片」(Short subject (單卷))、「最佳雙卷短片」(Short subject (雙卷))和「最佳彩色短片」(Short subject (Color))，前兩者是以短片的長度做區分：一個標準的影片捲軸盤是1,000英尺，播放時間約11分鐘。「最佳彩色短片」僅存在於第9屆奧斯卡金像獎和第10屆奧斯卡金像獎，1938年第11屆奧斯卡金像獎起便只頒發「最佳單卷短片」和「最佳雙卷短片」。1957年第30屆奧斯卡金像獎短片獎項整併為一項，名為「最佳實景短片」(Short Subjects, Live Action)；1974年第47屆奧斯卡金像獎後再更名為「Short Film, Live Action」，並沿用至今。
