English: Taken on the 2nd of July, 2023. This image depicts a standard-issue Italian Air Force "Aeronautica Militare" (AM) ceremonial uniform dress hat with the emblem of the AM. (Made by Diadema; in no way is this to demote the quality or legal rights of the Italian Gov't. and Diadema's right to fabricate and distribute to the Italian Armed Forces' personnel. Art. 28 T.U.L.P.S. establishes legal restrictions to these actions, of which Diadema allegedly is licensed to carry out, on commercial status: however, illegal distribution is penalized by the Republic's Government. In no way does the image of this emblem, established and used by the Italian Armed Forces, permit or encourage illegal reproductions, and redistributions, of the Italian AF's uniforms.) |
