Minor correction. It's not clear whether the local curse bans (vloekverboden) in the Netherlands have any legal effect, since they appear to be unconstitutional and except for one 2017 incident (in which it's unclear whether a fine has been paid, and the alleged curse was not of a religious nature, but a disease) have never been enforced. Updated based on End Blasphemy Laws, including repealings before 2015 such as the Netherlands and Sweden. It turns out that Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, and Yemen have prison rather than death as maximal punishment. Afghanistan and Mauritania have been added to death penalty. EBL notes there is no blasphemy law in the unrecognised states of Somaliland and SADR. Also, in international law Crimea part of Ukraine (no blasphemy law) instead of Russia.
