凱莉·麥高尼格 (Kelly Mcgonigal,1977年10月21日— )是一名美国心理學家。曾在波士顿大学 获学士和硕士学位,在史丹佛大学 获博士学位。凱莉·麥高尼格目前供职于史丹佛大學商學院[1] 。凱利有一个双胞胎姐妹珍妮·麥高尼格 ,职业是游戏设计师[2] [3] 。
2005年到2012年,凱利曾担任同行评审学术期刊“the International Journal of Yoga Therapy”(大意:瑜伽治疗国际期刊)主编。凱利的主要研究领域为自我控制,她认为“自我控制就像肌肉 一样,使用过后就会进入疲劳状态”[4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] 。2013年前,凱利的学说认为冥想练习可以提升人面对挑战时的抗压能力。但在2013年后,她改变了观点,认为人面对压力时的态度才是关键[11] 。
