B Corp

B Corp认证（或称为B Lab认证）是由全球非营利机构B Lab为营利公司颁发的私人认证[1]。B Lab机构位于美国、欧洲、南美洲、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰。如果想获得机构认证，认证企业需要通过系列在线评估并达到最低分数线。在线评估主要包含对社会及环境的影响力。认证企业需要将B Labs要求之企业主对股东的相关承诺纳入公司内部章程。如需维持认证身份，企业需要缴纳500美金到50000美金的年费。
截止2024年2月，全球96个国家162个行业总计8254家营利企业已获得B Corp认证[2]。
