国家一神教团（National Thowheeth Jama'ath NTJ、阿拉伯语：جماعة التوحيد الوطنية‎、Jamā'at at-Tawḥīd al-Waṭanīyah），是斯里兰卡的一个伊斯兰圣战主义组织，发源于该国东部，约有100至150名成员[8]，该组织可能策划了2019年斯里兰卡连环爆炸[9][10]，事发后已被斯里兰卡政府宣布为非法组织[11]。该组织提倡伊斯兰恐怖主义[9]，疑似与伊斯兰国有关连[12]。

国家一神教团可能是2016年左右由伊斯兰强硬派组织斯里兰卡一神教团（Sri Lanka Thowheed Jamath, SLTJ）分离出来[13]，但也有当地媒体指其为穆罕默德·扎哈兰（Mohammed Zaharan）于2014年（一说为2011年左右[14]）在斯里兰卡东部穆斯林为主的城市卡坦库迪（英语：Kattankudy）建立[2]。扎哈兰是斯里兰卡一名信仰极端主义的伊斯兰教士，事后被斯里兰卡情报机构指为2019年斯里兰卡连环爆炸的主谋，近两年他常在Youtube与Facebook等平台发表支持伊斯兰国的影片与贴文[15][16]，据卡坦库迪当地人士表示扎哈兰的讲道曾有高达2000-3000人参加[14]。扎哈兰为袭击可伦坡香格里拉酒店（英语：Shangri-La_Hotel,_Colombo）的两名自杀炸弹客之一，已死于爆炸攻击中[17][3]。

斯里兰卡的一些穆斯林团体曾批评国家一神教团向儿童灌输极端基本教义派的教条，以及与佛教僧侣发生冲突[5][9]。2018年，国家一神教团的成员曾在斯里兰卡反穆斯林暴动后被指破坏佛像[6][7]。

扎哈兰的组织除了对抗佛教徒外，还攻击卡坦库迪的苏非派穆斯林，将他们视为卡菲勒，曾以枪射击其清真寺的办公室，并于2017年挥舞刀剑袭击苏非派穆斯林[18] 。

瓦武纳蒂武警员枪击案[编辑]

2018年11月29日，斯里兰卡东部小镇瓦武纳蒂武（英语：Vavunathivu）的两名员警在一检查点执勤时被杀害，其武器也被窃走，警方逮捕了一名疑似犯案的泰米尔伊拉姆猛虎解放组织成员，不过隔年连环爆炸案后，警方逮捕了国家一神教团领导人穆罕默德·扎哈兰的司机，后者供称杀警案为该组织所犯，警方也循其供词寻获了两名被害员警的武器[19]。5月11日，警方释放了被误抓捕的泰米尔猛虎组织成员[20]。

2019年斯里兰卡连环爆炸[编辑]

2019年斯里兰卡连环爆炸案发的十天前，一名斯里兰卡警官发布了一则警告，称有外国情报机构表示国家一神教团将对该国的几座重要教堂与印度驻斯里兰卡高级专员公署发动攻击[21]，不过事后总理拉尼尔·维克勒马辛哈表示他与其他政府高官并未收到警告，并将调查为何事前未能采取足够的预防措施[9]。4月21日，斯里兰卡多座城市的酒店、教堂发生连环爆炸，共造成近300人罹难[22]。翌日，斯里兰卡卫生部（英语：Ministry of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine）部长拉吉塔·塞纳拉特纳（英语：Rajitha Senaratne）在记者会上表示，爆炸案的七名自杀炸弹客皆为与国家一神教团有关的斯里兰卡人，但政府仍在调查他们是否受到外国势力支持[23]。

圣沙马鲁舒枪击事件[编辑]

连环爆炸案案发后第五日（4月26日）晚间7：30左右，斯里兰卡特别任务部队（英语：Special Task Force）在该国东部小镇圣沙马鲁舒（英语：Sainthamaruthu）一处国家一神教团成员藏身的房屋与其交火，三名自杀炸弹客引爆了炸弹，造成其家人共九人死亡（其中六人为儿童），另有三名武装分子被击毙、一名平民身亡、两名平民（一名妇女与一名儿童）受伤[24]，穆罕默德·扎哈兰的父亲与两名兄弟可能死于这场交火中[25]，他的妻子与四岁的女儿则生还[26]。安全部队成员随后在屋中查获爆炸物、雷管、葛里炸药（英语：Gelignite）、酸液瓶、伊斯兰国旗帜与文宣、自杀炸弹装备与军事装备等[27]。

5月5日，斯里兰卡警方在卡坦库迪发现疑似国家一神教团的战士训练营，面积达15英亩，外观伪装成一座农场[28]。隔日，警方又在努沃勒埃利耶区破获了国家一神教团的一处基地[29]。

斯里兰卡警方持续追缉疑似涉入连环爆炸案的人士，警方表示涉案者共4000万美元的财产已被冻结，截至5月6日，多数涉案人士皆已被逮捕或死亡[30]。

与外国组织的关联[编辑]

伊斯兰国声称2019年斯里兰卡连环爆炸为其所策划，其通讯社阿马克新闻社称此攻击是针对基督徒，为报复前一个月发生于新西兰的基督城清真寺枪击案，并发布了一则影片，显示国家一神教团的领导人穆罕默德·扎哈兰（Mohammed Zaharan）与七名疑似为爆炸案攻击者的蒙面男子向伊斯兰国领导人阿布·贝克尔·巴格达迪宣誓效忠[12]。

斯里兰卡国防部长鲁万·维杰瓦登（英语：Ruwan Wijewardene）表示国家一神教团可能与孟加拉圣战者组织（英语：Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh）在印度的分支印度圣战者组织（Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen India, JMI）有紧密联系[31][32]。

国家一神教团也被认为接受了许多外国金援，斯里兰卡自由党秘书长达亚斯里·加亚沙克拉（英语：Dayasiri Jayasekara）表示已有“强力的证据”表明有沙特阿拉伯与卡达的伊斯兰极端组织资助国家一神教团等斯里兰卡国内的极端组织[33]。
