尤尼斯风暴 (英名：Storm Eunice/ˈjuːnɪs/，德名：泽内普风暴 Storm Zeynep，丹麦名：诺拉风暴 Storm Nora) 是一个异常强烈的温带气旋，为2021-2022年欧洲风暴季节的一部分。 尤尼斯风暴于2月14日被英国气象局命名。[6] 2月16日，南英格兰、威尔士和英格兰中部地区都发布了橘色天气警告。 随后于2月17日则针对西南英格兰和南威尔士部分地区发布了红色天气警告[7]，于2月18日则又对伦敦、东南英格兰和英格兰东部地区发布了第二次红色天气警告。[8]尤尼斯风暴在怀特岛郡的尼德尔斯被测得以每小时122英里（196公里/小时）的速度创下了英格兰最快阵风记录的临时记录。[9]到目前为止，尤尼斯风暴造成九人死亡，多人受伤。这场风暴是自1987年大风暴以来影响英格兰南部海岸的最强风暴之一。[10]

2月16日，柏林自由大学(FUB) 将同一系统命名为“泽内普风暴”。[12] 爱尔兰气象局发布了推文，表示该气旋中的快速压降已达爆发性旋生的标准。[13][14]

比利时[编辑]

黑隆寇足球场的屋顶被损坏，导致原定于2月18日举行的比利时甲组联赛A被推迟。[15] 在图尔奈一台吊车因零件被扯松而倒在医院上，造成了屋顶和医院顶层的损毁。[16]

法兰德斯大部分地区的公共交通暂停，比利时国家铁路和德莱恩都宣布暂停火车、公共汽车和有轨电车的服务。布鲁塞尔和阿姆斯特丹之间的西北高速列车也被停驶。.[17][18]

丹麦[编辑]

由于风暴尤尼斯对泽兰省、南荷兰省、北荷兰省、菲士兰省和爱塞河地区的影响，荷兰皇家气象研究所(KNMI)发布了罕见的红色警告。除林堡省外，所有其他省份均收到橙色天气警报。[37]荷兰皇家气象研究所报告说，他们预计内陆地区的阵风速度在100到120公里/小时之间。这是自2021年以来荷兰第四次发布红色警告，近期最后一次是在 2021 年7月。[38]
