彼欧股份有限公司（法语：Plastic Omnium）是一家法国企业，主要业务为汽车零部件的生产与贩售。[1][4]
历史[编辑]
彼欧于1946年由法国人皮埃尔·布黑尔（Pierre Burelle）创立。该公司最初替雷诺汽车制造汽车转向柱，但不久其营业范围即迅速扩张，并成为法国与海外多家汽车厂零件供应商。[5]1995年时，彼欧向其在法国最主要对手雷戴尔集团（Reydel Automotive）提出一项棘手提案，并最终自该集团的最大股东－蒂雷纳金融控股公司（Compagnie Financière de Turenne）手中买下该集团。[6][7]
今日的彼欧于全球25个国家设有据点，且拥有135间厂房。[3]
公司部门[编辑]
Intelligent Exterior Systems 智能外饰系统事业部[编辑]
主要负责制造汽车的智能外饰（含热塑性塑料与复合塑料）零件，如汽车保险杆、能量缓冲系统、挡泥板与前端组件等，均为该部门的营业项目。[1][4]
Clean Energy Systems 清洁能源系统事业部（先前被称为Inergy汽车系统）[编辑]
负责制造塑料燃油系统与柴油减排（Selective catalytic reduction）系统等。[1][4] 2011年时，Inergy收购了福特汽车于美国境内主要的油箱制造供应商－伟世通，并因此成为伟世通第六大的零件供应商。[8]彼欧同时也是全球汽车产业重要的供应商。[9]该公司亦有计划于生产制程内导入更多的复合塑料来减少其产品的重量，进而获取市场优势。[10]
股份结构[编辑]
根据彼欧，2011年年底，该公司55.1%股份由母公司“Burelle”所持有；1.6%由员工持有；8.7%为库藏股，而余下34.6%股份，则为普通股东持有。[11]
