悟真会

悟真会（Self-Realization Fellowship，又译自明友谊会）是一个国际性瑜伽组识，旨在向世界推广瑜伽的思想。[1][2][3][4]它由著名瑜伽士尤迦南达在一九二零年于美国创立，至今已发展至世界各地，全球拥有超过五百个地方分会。[5]不过，目前在华语地区中，只有香港一个地点。[6][7]悟真会的宗旨，是向全世界宣扬瑜伽的知识，消除各种文化与宗教之间的分歧，务求以科学的方法使人打破自我意识的界限，亲身获得感受上帝的经验。[8][9][10]
