《潘朵拉的承诺》（英语：Pandora's Promise）是一部2013年由罗伯特·史东所执导的美国核电存废问题纪录片。本片的中心议题为核能发电，核能发电是一种相对安全且干净的发电方式，是减缓全球暖化的一个对策，但在美国受到部分环境保护主义者以历史上的核事故为由反对。[2][3][4][5]本片的名称源自于希腊神话的潘朵拉，这也是纪录片的标语“她在盒子底部找到了希望”的来源。

本片邀请到数位曾经强烈反核[2][6]，后来却改观的著名环保人士，包含：斯图尔特·布兰特、格温妮丝·奎文、马克·莱纳斯、理查德·罗德及迈克尔·雪伦伯格。[7]
并对致力于美国反核运动的海伦·寇蒂卡提出质疑[2][8]。反核人士哈维·威瑟曼也在片头短暂出现。片中引用了珍·芳达、拉尔夫·纳德和艾默里·洛文斯演说的部分历史片段。
