白洁曦
白洁曦（英语：Jessica Chen Weiss），是美国国际关系专家，专注于中美关系的研究。她目前担任康乃尔大学政府系的麦可·J·扎克教授，并且是亚洲协会政策研究所中国分析中心的高级研究员，专注于研究中国政治、外交政策与国家安全[1]。
早年生活和教育[编辑]
白洁曦在美国华盛顿州的西雅图出生并成长。她于2003年获得了史丹佛大学的文学学士学位[2]，并在2008年取得了加州大学圣地亚哥分校的博士学位[3][4]。
职业生涯[编辑]
2014年，她的著作《强大的爱国者：中国外交关系中的民族主义抗议》由牛津大学出版社出版[5][6][7][8][9][10]。期间从2021年8月至2022年7月[4]，她担任美国国务院政策规划办公室的高级顾问。目前，她是康乃尔大学政府系中国与亚太研究迈克尔·J·扎克教授[3]。在她的观点中，她主张美国政府在与中国的关系中避免采取“过度对抗”的策略[11] 。
张彦在《纽约客》的一篇文章中提到了她，指出她在2022年8月在《外交》上发表的文章支持这种做法，并认为她“跻身越来越多的中国专家行列，他们担心美国外交政策因不健康的关注而受到影响”[12]。此外，她也是亚洲协会美中关系中心召集的美中政策工作小组的成员[13]。
