维尔纽斯植潜蝇（学名：Phytomyza vilnensis）是双翅目潜蝇科植潜蝇属的一种昆虫，由立陶宛昆虫学家绍柳斯·帕卡尼斯基斯于1998年描述发表[2]。
维尔纽斯植潜蝇相当少见，且目前对其生态了解仍少，最初在立陶宛南部古德利艾、帕耶沃尼斯和维尔纽斯北郊韦尔基艾的温带落叶林中被发现，以伞形科植物（芳香细叶芹）的叶为食[3]。过去本种被认为是立陶宛的特有种[4]，不过2020年有研究人员发现匈牙利的数个地点[5]以及斯洛伐克的穆兰平原国家公园也有本种分布，显示本种在中欧有一定数量的族群[6]。
分子种系发生学研究结果显示在植潜蝇属中，维尔纽斯植潜蝇属于spondylii种群[7]。
