脊髓丘脑束（spinothalamic tract），是前外侧系统（anterolateral system）或腹外侧系统（ventrolateral system）的一部分，属于感觉神经途径，负责将皮肤信息传回丘脑的腹外侧核再将信息传输给中央后回的体感觉皮质区。
脊髓丘脑束分为前、外两束，前脊髓丘脑束负责传送粗略触觉的信息；外束则负责传送痛觉和温度感觉。
前外侧系统[编辑]
在神经系统中，前外侧系统属于上行途径，负责痛觉[1]、温觉，以及粗略触觉的传输：
