莉薇娅别墅
莉薇娅别墅（拉丁语：Ad Gallinas Albas）是位于第一门（Prima Porta）的一栋古罗马别墅，在意大利罗马以北12公里处，弗拉米尼亚大道沿线上。这可能是莉薇亚·杜路希拉在公元前39年嫁给她的第二任丈夫屋大维（奥古斯都皇帝）时的部分嫁妆，也可能是屋大维在订婚时送给她的礼物。从古代文献（例如苏埃托尼乌斯）可得知，莉薇娅在婚后回到这栋别墅，这是她在罗马帕拉蒂尼山的房屋之外的豪华郊外住宅。
这栋别墅发现了引人注目的花园景观壁画，这些壁画后来被移入罗马的马西莫宫博物馆。

别墅分四个阶段建造和改造。最早阶段在共和时代，最晚则是君士坦丁大帝的时代。
其拉丁名“Ad Gallinas Albas”别墅，指的是别墅内的白鸡品种，[1]苏埃托尼乌斯称其会带来吉祥。 [2]
花园房间的壁画[编辑]
莉薇娅别墅对于了解空间的目的和布局十分重要。罗马人的“用餐活动远远超出了人类需求，是一种具有重大社会和政治意义的仪式。”[3]就布局而言，房间位于地下，尺寸为40英尺长、20英尺宽。[4]没有分离的装饰线条，没有彩绘的建筑，也没有可视的结构元素——这间房间是具有桶形拱顶（barrel-vaulted）天花板的完全封闭地下空间，却意想不到地将观众“带到户外”。[5]这封闭空间之所以引人注目的原因在于，房间本身是具有错觉性质的空间游戏，植物种类的准确性令人难以置信，而且种类繁多，提供了现实中不可能存在的花园景观。 [6]一道低矮的石墙内包含了最为厚实和大型的植物，在观众和空间之间还有另一道篱笆以及一条狭窄的草道。[6]石墙外是树木的远景，树木逐渐退到蓝色的薄雾中，逐渐变小变柔和，同时运用了线性透视和空气透视来表征。与前景中的树相比，远处的树越变越灰暗，细节也越来越少，它们的卷须经常溢到石墙外。广阔的景观中有各种鸟类在飞翔或栖息在树上，这增加了植物群所产生的运动感。[7]花园布局包括“多样性和丰富性与风格化和秩序的完美结合”，这是因为同时呈现出自由成长的自然生物，以及人类活动的证据，特别是有些鸟存在于笼子中，而且在离餐厅空间最近的地方可以看到修剪整齐的草坪。 [8]
