^ 这类群有时又称作TACK;而TACK的名称来自奇古菌门 (Nitrososphaerota)、曙古菌门 (Aigarchaeota)、泉古菌门 (Crenarchaeota)、及初古菌门 (Korarchaeota)这四个早期发现的子类群名称的首字母缩写。由于这类群的系统发生 未解决之故,因此变形古菌及TACK这两个名称有可能会在重新分类后变得不同。
