达穆尔大屠杀（阿拉伯语：مجزرة الدامور‎；英语：Damour massacre）是巴勒斯坦解放组织和闪电突击队于1976年1月20日对居住在黎巴嫩达穆尔（英语：Damour）镇的马龙派基督徒作出的大屠杀，该镇位于贝鲁特通往南黎巴嫩的主要道路上。当日近600名基督徒平民遭巴解组织武装分子杀戮。[2]

1976年1月9日，巴勒斯坦武装部队包围该镇，切断水电供应，并禁止红十字会进入该镇救助伤病民众。该镇于1月13日至15日遭到巴解猛烈轰炸。[3]

1月20日，在法塔赫和闪电突击队的指挥下，巴解组织及其他伊斯兰原教旨主义武装分子进入达穆尔镇[4]，搜捕该镇基督教平民并处以机关枪扫射，受害者包括妇女、老人及儿童。巴勒斯坦武装分子随后炸毁及烧毁了受害者的房屋。[5][6][7]该镇有年轻女性遭到武装分子轮奸并杀害。[8]遭行刑式处决的平民遭横尸大街，血肉模糊，数之不尽，其中包括许多遭肢解的尸体及后脑勺近距离中弹的婴儿尸体。[9]

在大屠杀发生之后的数日后，有巴勒斯坦籍暴徒及自称当地回教徒的暴徒前往该镇的基督教墓地亵渎坟墓，挖掘棺材，并将该镇已故基督徒居民的骸骨散落在街上。[10]基督教教堂亦遭纵火焚烧，后被挂上法塔赫武装分子手持AK-47步枪的图像，以及亚西尔·阿拉法特的肖像。[11]

该次大屠杀对当地基督徒在黎巴嫩内战中的立场产生了重大影响。在大屠杀之后，黎巴嫩基督教领导层转向支持以色列，为1982年黎巴嫩战争的导火索之一。

经过该次大屠杀，巴解组织正式在黎巴嫩站稳脚跟；大量巴勒斯坦籍定居者获安排进驻达穆尔镇，当地幸存基督教居民则纷纷流亡外地[13]。直至1982年黎巴嫩战争爆发，以色列国防军前来驱逐当地巴解组织，当地在屠杀发生前后流亡的原居民才得以重返家园。[14]

凶犯[编辑]

对于在达穆尔犯下屠杀罪行的武装分子的确切组成，存在不同的说法。有说法称，武装分子由受法塔赫领导的巴勒斯坦解放军[15]以及其他武装团体成员组成，包括黎巴嫩穆斯林民兵。另有人认为，并没有黎巴嫩人参与屠杀，实施暴行的为法塔赫、“解放巴勒斯坦人民阵线”及“解放巴勒斯坦民主阵线”的武装部队，以及来自叙利亚、约旦、利比亚[16]、伊朗、巴基斯坦及阿富汗的民兵，亦可能包括日本赤军分子[17]。有其他来源表明，作出大屠杀的武装部队由亚西尔·阿拉法特直接控制[18]，且受叙利亚当局支持[3]。

英国驻黎巴嫩记者罗伯特·费斯克认为，是次屠杀是由巴勒斯坦籍上校赛义德·穆拉加（英语：Said al-Muragha）（绰号阿布·穆萨）牵头作出，后者为巴解组织及法塔赫的高级指挥官。[3]
