《1580年宗教法令》（英语：Religion Act 1580；23 Eliz.1 c. 1）是英格兰议会在英格兰宗教改革时期制定的一项法令。[1]
该法令订定，怂恿英格兰臣民放弃对女王的效忠，劝说他人由英格兰教会改宗天主教会，以及允诺服从外国权威，均属叛逆。
该法令还将对缺席礼拜的罚款提高至每月20英镑，或监禁直至其遵守礼拜规定。此外，该法令对举行及参加弥撒的人处以罚款及监禁。[2]
