《1817年兰开斯特公国法令》（英语：Duchy of Lancaster Act 1817；57 Geo 3 c 97）是英国国会的一项法令。
该法令已由《1829年官地法令》（Crown Lands Act 1829；10 Geo 4 c 50）第1条废除，除了部分与兰开斯特公国有关的重要事宜，如公国的世袭继承。[2]
