BJAB

BJAB是对人类疱疹病毒第四型阴性人类伯基特淋巴瘤细胞系,最初是分离自一名五岁的非洲女性伯基特淋巴瘤患者[1]。然而BJAB细胞衍生而来的GC-BJAB细胞对人类疱疹病毒第四型阳性,并且不同于BJAB培养物在达到最大密度后很快就会凋亡,GC-BJAB培养物达到细胞饱和密度后可以长时间维持在存活状态[2]。由于已经确定了两种细胞系的同一性[3],其生长特性的显著差异须归因于EBV基因组

抑制[编辑]

研究指出[4],高浓度及长时间白藜芦醇作用会使BJAB细胞的形态发生改变,不仅胞体变为纺锤形且两极尖细,还使细胞质变得浑浊,甚至出现核固缩或细胞核溶解的情况,干扰着BJAB细胞的细胞周期。原因是白藜芦醇能够抑制DNA复制过程所需的拮抗雌激素及BJAB细胞自分泌活性氧[5],从而抑制BJAB细胞的增殖。
