C51细胞

C51是源自BALB/c实验小鼠小鼠结肠癌细胞系,目前应用于多项不同类别的研究

2003年,有学者将重组腺病毒AdEndo注射至C51细胞模型,发现内皮抑素英语Endostatin在某些肿瘤细胞系中发挥直接的抗癌作用,期望内皮抑素可应用于某些结肠癌的治疗[1]2015年,有学者发现放射线疗法抗体融合蛋白L19-IL2结合的治疗,可产生持久及高度协同的针对原发性C51细胞的作用,治愈率为百分之七十五[2]2018年,有研究指出经辐照的C51肿瘤细胞和未经辐照的CT26肿瘤细胞,具有共同的肿瘤特异性抗原英语Tumor antigen。来自其他来源的继发性肿瘤可能共享更少数量抗原,并且对C51细胞引起的严重应答反应较少[3]
