同纹螺科(学名:Amastridae),又名岛居蜗牛科[1][2] ,按生物分类学属于体型细小、会呼吸空气的陆生蜗牛英语land snail,是一种陆生肺螺类腹足纲软体动物[3]。旧属槲果螺总科的成员[4],今随同槲果螺总科被合并进蛹螺下目蛹螺总科[5]

本科有物种近300种,皆为夏威夷群岛特有种,但当中可能有超过九成均已灭绝英语List of extinct animals of the Hawaiian Islands#Mollusks[1][6][7][8]。它们的体长均不超过50毫米[9]
