奥斯卡·秦齐亚

奥斯卡·斯图亚多·秦齐亚·古兹曼（西班牙语：Óscar Stuardo Chinchilla Guzmán，1969年10月21日—[1]），瓜地马拉政治人物，前国会议长。
秦齐亚是承诺、创新及秩序党（CREO）创党党员，2011年时参选瓜地马拉选区国会议员当选[1]。2012年会期为第三副议长[2]。2015年连任[1]，2017年1月当选该国国会议长，任期一年，次年由阿尔苏接任议长[3][4]。
