詹姆斯·比恩

詹姆斯·比恩(James Beane)是美国的教育家，以课程整合教育而著名。他承继了L. Thomas Hopkins在1930年代到1950年代有关核心课程(core curriculum)及渐进式教育(progressive education)的努力，并结合他在当地初、高中的教学经验，从而继续朝这个方向研究。现时他是课程设计方面的专家，为美国及多个国家与组织的教育计划贡献。1997年，他荣获美国国立中学联会(the National Middle School Association)颁发的John Lounsbury Award。
