絲氨醇是一種有機化合物，化學式為H

2。它可由絲氨酸的加氫還原製得。[2]它和4-叔丁基苯甲腈在碳酸鉀存在下反應，可以得到2-(4-叔丁基苯基)-4,5-二氫-4-噁唑甲醇。[3]
