二丁酸雌二醇（英語：Estradiol dibutyrate或Estradiol dibutanoate），或名雌二醇二丁酸酯，是一種雌激素藥物和一種雌激素酯，具體來說雌二醇的二酯，該藥物現已不再使用。^[1]^[2]它是Triormon Depositum的一個成分，該藥物是1950年代開發的由二丁酸雌二醇、己酸睾酮和庚酸羥孕酮的組合配方。^[2]
