吉雅·瑪麗·卡蘭芝（英語：Gia Carangi[1][2]，1960年1月29日—1986年11月18日），20世紀70年代末和80年代初的美國超級名模。卡蘭芝是被眾人冠以「超級名模」稱號的第一人。[3][4]後來這個稱號被應用於其他人，包括珍妮絲·狄金森，[5]Dorian Leigh[6]和珍·詩琳普頓。[7]模特仙迪·歌羅馥被稱為"小吉雅"，就是因為她與卡蘭芝有相似之處。[4][8]
她是高級時裝品牌：Armani、Versace及Diane von Furstenberg的代言人。吉雅上過Vogue及Cosmopolitan等雜誌封面，也有參與Versace等著名時裝及奢侈品的時裝展。
卡蘭芝沉迷於海洛因後，她的模特生涯也受到影響。在吸毒中她感染了愛滋病病毒，在1986年11月18日愛滋病奪去了她的生命，年僅26歲。卡蘭芝被認為是第一個死於艾滋病的著名女性。[3]

安吉麗娜·朱莉在1998年HBO拍攝的講述吉雅·卡蘭芝的傳記電影《霓裳情挑》中扮演吉雅·卡蘭芝。
