整體情報識別辦公室是美國國防高等研究計劃署於2002年1月建立的機構，旨在整合國防高等研究計劃署的數個計劃，以運用監控和信息技術追蹤並監視恐怖分子和其他對美國國家安全的非對稱威脅，取得全面信息意識（英語：Total Information Awareness）。
