湖中之地國家休閒區（英語：Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area）是片美國的國家休閒區，位於肯塔基州、田納西州內，伯克利湖和肯塔基湖之間。該區域在1963年被美國總統約翰·肯尼迪指定為國家休閒區。該休閒區最開始由田納西河谷管理局所管理，但隨後被轉交給美國國家森林局。1991年，它被聯合國教科文組織指定為生物圈保育地，[1]但2017年6月14日撤出該項目。[2]
