濕熱交換器
濕熱交換器[1]（Heat and moisture exchanger, HME）暱稱人工鼻（artificial nose），用於已建立人工氣道病患的一種裝置，可將呼出的濕暖氣體暫留，使吸入的氣體以溫暖濕化的狀態進入人體自身氣道[2][3]。
此輔助呼吸裝置，內部具有由吸水材料與親水化合物的細孔結構，能過濾氣體、保留濕熱，故可模擬鼻子的功能，使進入人體的氣體不至於乾冷刺激。濕熱交換器一般配合機械通氣一起使用。
