麥香雞（英語：McChicken）是國際快餐連鎖店麥當勞銷售的一種雞肉三明治[2]。在某些國家和地區（例如澳大利亞[3][4][5]、印度[6][7]、新西蘭[8][9][10]和英國[11][12][13]），麥香雞被視為漢堡的一類，尤其是因為這個詞在一些非美式英語變體中可被解釋，故一般不視其為三明治[14]。該產品由小圓麵包、裹上麵包糠的雞排、碎生菜和蛋黃醬組成。

這種於1980年推出的三明治最初銷量不佳，而取得巨大成功的麥樂雞則銷售至今[15]。不過隨着後者的成功，麥香雞於1988年復出。但再次于于1996年9月26日被移出美國麥當勞的菜單[16]，由豪華辣雞三明治取代，它是麥當勞命運多舛的豪華三明治系列的一部分。最後迫於民間請願，麥當勞於1997年下半年逐步恢復麥香雞的供應[17]。此外，在美國，該產品的尺寸較此前有一定縮水，因為它目前被歸為「美金超值菜單」（舊名「美金菜單」）內，起價一美元[18]。

五香口味[編輯]
麥當勞在美國南部和西南美國提供「Hot 'n Spicy」[20]。該產品於2006年1月開始在全美銷售，但同年6月，麥當勞確認該產品因銷量不佳而停售[21]。2013年3月，麥當勞重新推出「Hot 'n Spicy」[22]並列入「美金超值菜單」之內。2013年11月，作為連鎖店「美金超值菜單」計劃的一部分，麥香雞（和Hot 'n Spicy）可以以「水牛城牧場麥香雞」名義購買，這是一種用水牛城辣醬和牧場醬代替蛋黃醬的麥香雞，另有培根水牛城牧場風味的變體。自2015年6月起，「Hot 'n Spicy」改為地區限定。

夏威夷阿拉莫阿那中心的麥當勞出售「照燒麥香雞」——一種帶有照燒汁的麥香雞。照燒汁在夏威夷被大量運用，並被添加到各種麥當勞三明治中，例如「麥照燒漢堡」[27]。
在美國其他州，另有一款「切達洋蔥麥香雞」，該產品在烤麵包上放入了焦糖洋蔥和一片白色切達乾酪[28][29]。
