2019年馬來西亞聯邦憲法修正案（英語：2019 amendment to the Federal Constitution of Malaysia）是馬來西亞時任首相署（法律事務）部長劉偉強於2019年7月11日提呈至馬來西亞國會下議院。該修正案的目的是要將馬來西亞的法定投票年齡從21歲下調至18歲。^[5]法案最終獲國會下議院和上議院通過和馬來西亞最高元首蘇丹阿都拉的御准，部分條文於同年9月11日正式生效。

2021年12月15日，修正案的所有條文正式生效，^[2]所有在2021年12月31日前年滿18歲的馬來西亞公民將從2022年1月16日起自動成為選民，可在選舉中投票。^[6]
