CCAAT/增強子結合蛋白γ，簡稱C/EBP-γ或CEBPG是一種在人體中由CEBPG基因編碼的蛋白質。

C/EBP轉錄因子家族調節病毒和細胞CCAAT/增強子元件介導的轉錄。C/EBP蛋白包含bZIP區域，其特徵在於蛋白質的C端一半中的兩個基序：一個參與DNA結合的鹼性區域和一個參與二聚化的亮氨酸拉鏈基序。 C/EBP家族由幾種相關的蛋白質組成，即C/EBP-α、C/EBP-β、C/EBP-γ和C/EBP-δ，它們形成同源二聚體並相互形成異源二聚體。CEBPG可以與Fos合作以結合PRE-I增強子元件。
