Manz AG，更名前為Manz Automation，1987年成立於德國，是全球化高科技設備製造公司，總部位於德國羅伊特林根城。Manz AG專精於提供先進的生產設備解決方案，包括自動化、雷射、測試與檢測、化學濕製程、捲對捲技術（英語：roll-to-roll processing）等，提供太陽能、電子裝置及零組件、鋰電池技術領域的創新生產設備及解決方案[2]。

公司總部在德國羅伊特林根 ，在蒂賓根、匈牙利、義大利、斯洛伐克、中國大陸 (亞智系統科技（蘇州）有限公司)和台灣 (亞智科技股份有限公司)[3]擁有生產基地；此外在美國、韓國和印度設有銷售辦公室[4]。

Manz在太陽能產業中佔有重要地位，主要生產CIGS薄膜太陽能模組的最新生產設備及整廠解決方案。2010年夏，Manz與Würth Solar在德國斯瓦本哈爾簽訂了一項共同合作協議，協議授權Manz獨家獲得薄膜太陽能組件的銅銦鎵硒（英語：Copper indium gallium selenide solar cells）薄膜太陽電池（英語：Thin-film solar cell）專利及技術[5][6]。在2012年1月完成收購其CIGS太陽能組件創新生產線後，CIGS技術專利已全數轉移至Manz[7]。基於協議，Manz成為全球可提供完整可量產並獲利的CIGS太陽能電池模組生產設備整廠解決方案的製造商[5]。2012年9，Manz在CIGS的研發得以快速領先，太陽能組件生產線所生產的組件效率達14.6%，受光面積效率達15.9%[8]。2015年4月再次打破了世界紀錄，在量產線上生產了組件效率達16％的組件。

Manz的另一項主要的業務領域是為顯示器及觸控面板生產製程設備及解決方案。此外,亦為印刷電路板[9]、先進封裝(面板級扇出型封裝)、電子裝置（如智慧型手機、平板電腦和筆記型電腦）[10]、以及鋰電池 [11] 產業提供生產設備及解決方案。

1987年，該公司由迪特爾·曼茨（Dieter Manz）創立，原名Manz Automatisierungstechnik[12]。最開始公司專注於工業自動化和機器人技術，之後向更廣泛領域拓展[13]。2001年10月，迪特爾·曼茨將其擁有的兩家公司Manz Automatisierungstechnik與ACS GmbH合併；並在2011年6月改名為現在的Manz AG[14]。

2006年，公司進入法蘭克福證券交易所；2008年，進入主板市場（英語：Prime Standard）[15]。2008年9月至2009年3月期間，公司是技術股指數（英語：TecDAX）的成分股[16][17]；之後在2009年9月至2011年3月期間二度上榜[18][19]；2015年3月24日，第三次進入成分股[20]。

2016年5月，上海電氣公司通過全資子公司上海電氣德國投資有限責任公司以每股34.74歐元，認購了Manz增發的1,523,480新股，認購金額為52,925,695.2歐元[21]。本次Manz共計增發2,323,224股新股。增資完成後，Manz的總股本由5,420,864股增加至7,744,088股。其中，上海電氣持有1,523,480股份，佔Manz增資後總股本的19.67%[22]。
