Osprey Packs公司位於美國科羅拉多州，主要生產戶外背包。
該公司由設計師邁克·普弗滕豪爾（Mike Pfotenhauer）和其妻子黛安·雷恩（Diane Wren）於1974年在加利福利亞州創建。公司於1990年遷至科羅拉多州多洛雷斯，又於1994年遷至科羅拉多州科爾特斯。2002年，公司開始將生產線轉移到越南。2021年，公司被上市公司特洛伊的海倫以4.14 億美元現金收購。[1]在收購當年，公司約一半的銷售額來自美國以外。[2]
