命名[編輯]
根據《牛津辭典》，whataboutism 爲 'the technique or practice of responding to an accusation or difficult question by making a counter-accusation or raising a different issue'，一種技巧與行爲。-ism 不能一味理解爲「思想，主義」，邏輯學尤爲如此，例如 syllogism，三段論，sophism，詭辯的論點。 — XComhghall talk 2021年8月26日 (四) 16:19 (UTC)
