信任，但要核實（俄語：Доверяй, но проверяй，羅馬化：Doveryay, no proveryay，IPA：[dəvʲɪˈrʲæj no prəvʲɪˈrʲæj]）是一句俄羅斯押韻諺語。美國總統里根在接受美國學者的建議下，於冷戰時期對蘇聯談判核裁軍問題時曾多次使用[1]。
