利伯法典

利伯法典（Lieber Code），正式名稱為"一般命令第100號（General Orders No. 100），副官長辦公室，1863年"^[1]^[2]，是由美國總統亞伯拉罕·林肯在美國內戰期間的1863年4月24日簽署的指令，教導聯邦軍士兵在戰時應該如何行動。它由美國法律學者和政治哲學家弗朗西斯·利伯而得名。
