思想障礙
思想障礙[2]（thought disorder，中國大陸譯思維障礙[1]，台灣譯思想障礙[2]）是言語或思維出現紊亂的一種精神病理狀態[1]，多見於精神分裂症等精神障礙。思想障礙分為思維形式障礙與思維內容障礙[3]。
種類[編輯]
思想障礙包括思維形式障礙（又稱聯想障礙）與思維內容障礙（主要包括妄想）。思維形式障礙主要表現為思維聯想過程缺乏連貫性和邏輯性，與患者交談多有難以理解和無法深入的感覺。思維內容障礙（妄想）則有被害妄想、關係妄想等[3]。
