海烏姆扎天主聖三聖殿共主教座堂（英語：Bazylika Konkatedralna Trójcy Świętej[1]；波蘭語：Bazylika Konkatedralna Trójcy Świętej[2]），是一座羅馬天主教宗座聖殿，位于波蘭城市海烏姆扎[3][4]。
1994年，該堂成為天主教托倫教區的共主教座堂。1982年成為次級宗座聖殿。
