褐側耳（學名：Pleurotus australis），也稱棕色杏鮑菇，是一種原產於澳大利亞和新西蘭的傘菌。它在枯木中被發現。雖然形態上類似於其他一些側耳屬真菌，它明顯是一個無法雜交的獨特的物種。^[2]^[3]

種名 australis 意為「南方的」。
