《1928年人民代表（平等投票權）法令》[1]（英語：Representation of the People (Equal Franchise) Act 1928）是英國國會通過的一項法令。該法令擴大了《1918年人民代表法令》的選舉權範圍，規定所有21歲以上的婦女均有投票權。在該法令頒佈之前，只有30歲以上符合最低財產資格的婦女才能投票[2]。該法令於1928年7月2日起正式生效。
