5-(2-氨基丙基)吲哚5-API, 5-IT, PAL-571[1]是一種具有移情作用的吲哚/苯乙胺衍生物,最初由艾伯特·霍夫曼於1962年報道。[2]它是一種狡詐家藥物,自2011年以來,它以娛樂性用藥在網上銷售。[3]

它是一種三元單胺釋放劑英語Serotonin-norepinephrine-dopamine releasing agent,EC50值為12.9 nM(多巴胺)、13.3 nM(去甲腎上腺素)、104.8 nM(血清素),也是一種MAO-A抑制劑[4][5]
