三氰化磷 是一種化合物，化學式為P(CN)3 。它可由三氯化磷 和三甲基（異）氰矽烷反應製得，[2] 三溴化磷 和氰化銀 在乙醚 中反應得到。[1] 3 N3 P。[3] Re(CO)5 FBF3 反應，可以得到{P[CN-Re(CO)5 ]3 }(BF4 )3 。[4]
