中世紀足球
中世紀足球是指中世紀時期大不列顛群島境內的各種足球類運動。與現代足球相比，中世紀的足球比賽相當混亂且缺乏規則[1]。
這種比賽雙方球隊的球員數量不限，而且甚至有人可以通過任何手段將球推向球門。[2]1835年公路法規定，人們不能在公路上踢足球，此後中世紀足球開始衰落。[3]
