嘉芙蓮·萊西（1985年4月9日—），美國女作家。
2014年，萊西出版了第一部小說《無人失蹤》。 《紐約時報》的德懷特·加納稱她的文體「既夢幻又強烈」。2017 年，她被評為格蘭塔美國最佳青年小說家之一。她的第二部小說《答案》（2017）獲得了一些積極評價，論者將其與唐·德里羅和瑪格麗特·阿特伍德相提並論。[1][2]
