大成銀行^[2]（韓語：조선 대성 은행，或作大成綜合貿易總會社^[3]^[4]）是一家朝鮮金融機構。 ^[5]

有來源稱大成銀行由勞動黨39號室控制^[6]^[2]。

金星銀行（朝鮮在歐洲營運的唯一一間銀行）為大成銀行在維也納設置的子公司，但已於2004年關閉^[6]。權永諾是金星銀行的審計師^[7]。

《朝鮮經濟觀察》稱該銀行「負責存儲金剛山觀光特區的旅遊收入，由39號室控制，同時負責農漁產品的出口^[8]。」

項目[編輯]

1989年，與現代集團共同開發位於朝鮮東海岸的金剛山周邊地區^[9]，建立國際觀光特區^[10]。
該公司涉嫌在朝鮮非法進出口軍武^[11]並「協助推動融資項目進行」^[12]。

成員[編輯]

1989年，大成銀行行長為崔秀吉，亦兼任朝鮮亞洲貿易促進協會顧問^[10]^[9]。
2014年，大成銀行俄羅斯遠東區域經理尹泰亨叛逃俄羅斯^[3]。
