安非他尼（英語：Amfetaminil或amphetaminil）也叫苯丙苄腈胺^[1]或AN-1，商品名Aponeuron，是一種從苯丙胺中提取的興奮劑藥物，開發於1970年代，用於治療肥胖症、^[2]注意力不足過動症^[3]^[4]和發作性嗜睡病。^[5]由於存在濫用問題，它在很大程度上已退出臨床使用。^[6]該藥物是苯丙胺的前體藥物^[7]^[8]

立體化學[編輯]

安非他尼是一種具有兩個立體異構中心的分子。因此，存在四種不同的立體異構體：
