巴哈利亞龍科（學名 : Bahariasauridae）是獸腳亞目下的一個科，屬於鳥吻類，可能包括少數非洲和南美洲的恐龍物種，例如南盜龍、巴哈利亞龍、三角洲奔龍和瓜里丘龍。[1][2]這些獸腳類動物的分類有爭議。一些研究將上述動物歸類於與西北阿根廷龍科有關的角鼻龍類基群，並將西北阿根廷龍科中的輕巧龍亞科劃入該分類群[1]；另一些研究將上述動物歸類於大盜龍類[2][3]、新獵龍科基群[4]或虛骨龍類基群。[5][6]2020年出版的一份卡瑪卡瑪群脊椎動物多樣性專論提出，巴哈利亞龍科有可能並不是一個單系群，且模式屬巴哈利亞龍是一個疑名。[7]這篇論文將三角洲奔龍歸類於阿貝力龍科。[7]
