龐塞德萊昂酒店（Ponce de Leon Hotel）位於美國佛羅里達州聖奧古斯丁，曾是一座豪華酒店，由百萬富翁開發商和標準石油公司的聯合創始人亨利·弗拉格勒建造，於1888年竣工。酒店採用西班牙文藝復興風格，是獲得世界聲譽的紐約卡雷爾和黑斯廷斯建築師事務所的第一個重大項目。[5]
該酒店是同類酒店中第一個完全由澆築混凝土建造的，[5] 使用當地的 貝灰岩作為骨料。 這家酒店也是該國從一開始就供電的第一座建築物之一，電力由弗拉格勒的朋友托馬斯·愛迪生安裝的DC 發電機供電。
酒店的原始建築和場地今天是弗拉格勒學院的一部分。
