暗背金翅雀（學名：Spinus psaltria），是燕雀科 、金雀屬下的一種雀，分佈於美洲，由美國西部至南美洲西北部 [2]。
描述[編輯]
雄雀的頭頂和背部毛色多樣，從純黑色到綠色，腹面是鮮黃色，雙翼的羽毛上有白色斑紋，尾羽邊也有斑紋。雌雀的顏色較淺，羽毛斑紋較小 [3]。
亞種[編輯]
此種分五亞種。
- S. p. colombianus，墨西哥南部至秘魯和委內瑞拉
- S. p. jouyi，墨西哥東南部和伯利茲西北部
- S. p. hesperophilus，美國西部和墨西哥西北部
- S. p. psaltria，美國中西部至墨西哥中南部
- S. p. witti，瑪麗亞群島 – 離墨西哥西岸）
